Improve product development by applying your technical expertise to create innovative food solutions in the beverage segment that delight customers and enhance their experience.
In this role you will partner closely with customers to bring ideas to life and deliver results aligned with our business goals and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards.
In this exciting role you will:
Product Development
Lead product development initiativesselectingandoptimisingflavoursin line with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally to bringflavourapplications successfully into finished products.
Evaluateflavourperformance across applications and translate insights into continuous improvements.
Identifyand applyflavourtechnologies and delivery systems to enhance product performance and customer value.
Technical Leadership
Act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams and selected customers on formulation and application strategies.
Build strong customer relationships and play an active role indelivering againsttheir technical expectations.
Lead selected customer projects end-to-end ensuring high-quality andtimelydelivery.
Support and mentor technicians and technologists contributing to team capability growth.
Drive the adoption ofnew technologiesand best practices within product development.
Food Experience
Shape outstanding sensory experiences by integrating consumer insights and market trends into development work.
Use Givaudan tools and platforms todemonstratethe value andimpactof our solutions.
Prepare and present inspiring product samples for customerengagements.
Continuously refine formulations based on sensory feedback and market learnings.
Environmental Health & Safety
Maintain a safe clean and compliant laboratory environment.
Actively contribute to a strong safety culture and responsible ways of working.
Ensure adherence to EH&S standards and address any risks proactively.
Your professional profile includes:
- B.S. 46 years in a food applications lab production or related area (preferred)
- Masters degree 23 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in beverage product development (e.g. carbonated soft drinks alcoholic beverages juice compounds).
- Experience withsweet goods and dairy applicationsis a plus.
- Exposure toproduct or industry commercialisationis an advantage.
- Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written);Nordic language skillsare an asset.
