YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the development of our digital transformation activities in the Porto Portugal we are looking for an ITSM Project Manager (M/F).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead the delivery and lifecycle management of IT Service Management (ITSM) digital solutions in alignment with business objectives
Manage all project stages and prepare documentation for organizational stage gates and governance reviews
Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational processes needs and pain points identifying opportunities for digital improvement
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Build and maintain business cases for ITSM solution development implementation and continuous evolution
Collaborate closely with IT Data Management teams Project Managers and external vendors to ensure technical alignment and successful integration
Monitor solution performance service levels user adoption and value realization against agreed KPIs and SLAs
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of solution documentation including technical specifications process documentation and user manuals
Lead change management initiatives including communication training stakeholder engagement and end-user support
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative digital technologies and methodologies to strengthen the organizations ITSM capabilities
Provide leadership coordination and support to cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle
YOUR PROFILE & PERSONALITY
You hold a degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field and have at least 6 years of experience in IT Service Management Digital Solutions Delivery or Project Management roles.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow Jira Service Management or similar solutions is highly desirable.
You have strong experience in:
Managing digital transformation or ITSM projects end-to-end
Business analysis and stakeholder management
Change management and user adoption initiatives
Working within cross-functional and international environments
Agile Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Certifications such as ITIL PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum are considered a plus.
You possess excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills and are able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within multicultural teams.
