Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Facilitate laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols and handson experimentation.
- Develop and assess assignments quizzes projects and examinations to gauge student progress.
- Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students encouraging curiosity and problemsolving skills.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development workshops and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and cocurricular activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and curriculum implementation.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (. or equivalent) in Physics.
- Cleared CBSE Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for senior secondary or an equivalent staterecognized qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Physics syllabus (Class XI & XII).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2years of teaching experience in a CBSE or comparable board at the senior secondary level.
- Experience conducting laboratory experiments and managing school labs.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical tools (e.g. digital classrooms smart boards) is an advantage.
