Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging Physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Design and implement practical laboratory experiments ensuring safety and effective learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through assignments quizzes projects and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
- Offer extratutoring and mentorship to students needing additional support.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings professional development programs and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote a holistic learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and student progress reports.
- Uphold the schools mission of providing quality education free of cost demonstrating empathy and social responsibility.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (.) in Physics or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- PGT eligibility certificate (or equivalent) as per CBSE norms.
- Clear understanding of the CBSE Physics syllabus for classes 1112.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the ethos of inclusive costfree education.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes 1112).
- Experience conducting laboratory sessions and managing school labs.
- Prior involvement in student counseling or mentorship programs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online assessment platforms.
