Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations throughout the UK.
Theyre looking for a Change Manager for a client within the life science industry experience (thier Research & Development - R&D - team). Youll design and deliver structured change strategies that enable smooth implementation of transformation initiatives ensuring people processes and systems align to achieve defined business outcomes.

Tasks
- Support the structured rollout and adoption of new data services and technology solutions across stakeholder groups
- Drive consistent communication of service expectations operating models roles and ways of working
- Reinforce the transition from time-bound support models to sustainable long-term service engagement approaches
- Develope and deliver executive-level communications stakeholder messaging and change adoption materials
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- 5 years experience in change management ideally gained within a consulting environment
- 1 years experience in life sciences pharmaceuticals or R&D in other industries
