Position Type: Part time (approx. 15 hours per week across a 4 week rolling rota evenings and weekends)
Hourly Rate: 14.15 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Venue 360 an award-winning meetings & events facility.
The Role
As a Leisure Duty Manager you will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills a customer focused approach and the ability to manage day to day operations in a busy environment.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Running the day to day operation of the leisure facilities
- Supervising staff and supporting other team members
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Reception duties
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures
- Cleaning and maintenance duties
About You
You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to demonstrate confidence in a supervisory role.
You must have good timekeeping and a pleasant demeanour along with a sociable nature.
You must have a customer focused attitude.
You must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
You must have good PC skills.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a leisure or fitness facility and previous experience of a supervisory role. Previous use of leisure software is desired along with a sports coaching qualification and first aid training.
