Job Description:
Provide technical support for desktop systems laptops printers and other end-user devices.
Install configure and maintain Windows operating systems and standard applications.
Manage software deployments patches and updates.
Create packaged and install applications/tools using Datto tool
Troubleshoot issue related to OutlookTeamsFortgate client .
Troubleshoot the polycom equipment issues.
Perform system backups and assist in disaster recovery planning.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Create and update technical documentation FAQs and user guides.
Respond to service desk tickets diagnose issues and resolve them promptly.
Collaborate with other IT staff on network server and infrastructure support.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup workstation provisioning etc.).
Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and security standards.
