Product Manager

Position: Product Manager

Duration: 6 9-month contract

Location: Seattle WA-4 days onsite

Confiz is seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Product Manager to support one our largest retail clients located in Seattle WA within the Procurement product domain on a 6 9 month contract engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments moves with urgency asks insightful questions and delivers high-quality work products.

You will partner closely with senior product leadership to support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives by conducting discovery mapping business processes assessing system impacts and translating operational challenges into actionable recommendations. This role sits within a broader Core Finance transformation program aligned to the CFO organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cross-functional discovery sessions to identify procurement technology opportunities and operational gaps
• Build business cases and structured recommendations for leadership review including process flow mapping and system impact analysis
• Support enterprise procurement initiatives by contributing to roadmap planning solution discovery and stakeholder alignment
• Evaluate AI-enabled and automation solutions to improve procurement workflows and operational efficiency
• Translate complex business processes into clear product requirements and actionable insights
• Communicate project status findings and recommendations effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3 years of product management or related experience
• Experience documenting workflows business processes and operational requirements
• Familiarity with procurement finance supply chain or procure-to-pay systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready documentation
• Exposure to AI and automation tools and the ability to assess business applicability
• Strong analytical organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Coupa or similar procure-to-pay platforms
• Background supporting retail finance or enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience contributing to business case development and technology evaluations
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay or enterprise procurement transformation programs
