Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM minimal OT)

Job Summary

Supply Management Planner I responsible for supplier communication purchased parts planning inventory coordination and logistics support. Supports supply chain operations and material management processes within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)

Manage delivery process for purchased parts
Communicate daily with suppliers
Schedule material requirements and replenishment
Support inventory control and logistics processes
Investigate supplier and delivery issues
Assist with contract and supplier performance reporting
Support supply chain improvement initiatives
Coordinate meetings and stakeholder activities
Analyze supply chain and supplier data
Use Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting
