Role Overview:
Seeking an HCM Training Specialist to support implementation and adoption of enterprise talent solutions and performance management programs. The role focuses on delivering Workday-related training supporting HR system users maintaining training materials and assisting with learning management administration. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders across agencies to support statewide HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training related to Workday and HR processes.
- Maintain and update training materials exercises and course content.
- Analyze HR-related data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Support LMS administration and user enrollment activities.
- Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and talent acquisition processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience delivering training through in-person online and virtual methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Program coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and apply HR technology platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday Core HCM Compensation or Talent Optimization modules.
- HRIS systems training experience.
Additional Details:
- Hybrid work environment with some onsite attendance required.
- Standard schedule of 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
- Local candidates preferred.
