FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Fort Lee is a medical science-based physical therapy and balance organization spelled differently because we are different. Founded in collaboration with physicians physiologists and licensed therapists we deliver prescribed physical therapy and medically based fitness. We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our Fort Lee clinic. As the first point of contact for every patient you set the standard for the experience greeting people warmly coordinating their care with our clinical team and making sure each visit runs smoothly from the first phone call onward. This role rewards strong communication genuine empathy sharp attention to detail and the ability to keep a busy front desk organized. Location & Schedule
- Location: 2160 N Central Road Suite 103 Fort Lee NJ 07024
- Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday no nights and no weekends
- On-site role at a single established neighborhood clinic
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18$22 per hour based on experience

What Youll Do
- Greet and welcome patients on arrival setting a warm professional tone
- Collect new-patient intake information and track referrals
- Manage patient scheduling reminders and cancellations
- Coordinate evaluations and appointments with the clinical team
- Verify insurance track covered and non-covered visits and collect copayments
- Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefits
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA
- Other front-desk duties as needed
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Comfort with computers; familiarity with scheduling or EHR software a plus (we use Prompt EHR)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly in a busy environment
- Self-motivated dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
- A positive empathetic attitude and a sincere desire to help patients who are often in pain
