Job Summary

- Oversee and manage daily operations of construction sites primarily in Virginia and Washington DC
- Lead and supervise construction teams ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
- Identify and address risk areas to maintain worker safety
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
- Communicate project milestones and progress to clients and stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate subcontractors and site activities
- Ensure quality control and regulatory standards are met
- Utilize construction management software (Procore) and Outlook
- Interpret and work from construction documents
- Travel as required for project oversight
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check
- Require 10 years of construction management experience including knowledge of ICD 705 construction standards
