Project Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of multiple high-end custom homes in the Lakeside region of Montana. This role is ideal for a superintendent who understands regional building methods seasonal constraints and weather-driven scheduling specific to Northwest Montana.

Phase 1 includes luxury residences each ranging from $15M$20M with additional phases planned based on performance and project expansion.

Project Details

• Five custom homes in Phase 1
• Individual project values: $15M$20M

• Long-term development vision beyond Phase 1

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors inspections and material deliveries
• Maintain schedules that account for Montana weather seasonal access and site conditions
• Ensure work meets design intent quality standards and safety requirements
• Communicate closely with ownership project management and design teams
• Operate initially from an on-site trailer while a permanent office location is finalized

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager on residential construction projects
• Proven experience building custom or luxury homes preferably in Montana or similar cold-weather regions
• Strong understanding of regional construction practices winter conditions and seasonal sequencing
• Ability to manage large budgets and complex subcontractor scopes
• Comfortable committing to a long-term project (minimum 2 years target 5)
