- Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a technical support specialist with a strong background in EDI and MFT specifically utilizing the Cleo platform. They should possess a proactive mindset for monitoring and incident triage with the ability to perform deep-dive log analysis and data validation. A background in Logistics is highly preferred as is the ability to communicate technical updates clearly to both internal dev teams and external partners.
- Interview Process: TBD (Typically 2 rounds Manager Screen Technical/Panel) Team / Reporting Structure Context: Provides L2/L3 production support for Products. Reports into the Accenture project leadership team for the local client site.
