Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Natural Language Models (NLM) and bot development for Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying intelligent conversational agents that enhance customer interactions automate workflows and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy AI-driven conversational agents (chatbots and voice bots) for contact center use cases.
• Build and optimize solutions leveraging Natural Language Models (NLM) and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Integrate bots with contact center platforms CRM systems and backend services.
• Continuously improve bot performance using analytics user feedback and model tuning.
• Implement agentic AI behaviors including decision-making workflows and autonomous task handling.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability reliability and security standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI conversational AI and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 8 10 years of overall experience in software engineering AI/ML or related fields.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
• Proven experience in contact center bot development (chat and/or voice).
• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLM) and conversational AI frameworks.
• Experience with platforms/tools such as Dialogflow Amazon Lex Microsoft Bot Framework or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or Java.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
• Solid understanding of conversation design intent modeling and entity recognition.
