Senior Infrastructure Analyst (CAD Specialist)
Summary Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst specializing in CAD for a key long-term initiative with a major transportation client in Washington DC. This role is focused on the critical standardization and cleansing of facility and real estate asset data to establish a consistent CAD baseline for the clients Smart Properties Technology team. While the position is fully remote we are specifically targeting candidates in the Mid-Atlantic region to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Standardization: Create manipulate and cleanse complex CAD plans to ensure all facility and real estate assets meet rigorous corporate standards.
- Baseline Establishment: Develop and maintain a consistent CAD baseline to accelerate the readiness of physical infrastructure documentation.
- Technical Asset Management: Perform deep-dive cleansing of legacy architectural and engineering drawings to ensure data integrity across the property portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Smart Properties Technology team to align CAD deliverables with broader asset management and technology goals.
- Remote Coordination: Manage project timelines independently while maintaining regular communication with the leadership team in the Eastern Time Zone.
Qualifications
- Senior Expertise: Proven experience operating at a Senior Infrastructure Analyst level specifically within CAD-heavy environments.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/MicroStation) with a focus on facility real estate or infrastructure assets.
- Project Leadership: Experience with large-scale data migration or standardization projects such as preparing data for IWMS or BIM integration.
- Certification/Education: PMP or CSPO certifications are a plus reflecting the teams project-management-centric culture.
- Geographic Preference: Must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region (VA/MD/DC/PA/DE) to support regional meeting requirements.
