Job Title: Production Helper III - US

Location: Ontario CA 91761

Duration: 91 days

Shift Timings: Candidates will need to be flexible. They will start on 1st shift for training and go to 2nd shift. They will be assigned shifts week by week while they are temps. 1st shift hours 6am-230PM OT as needed before or after shift 2-4hrs. 2nd shift 2pm-1030PM OT as needed before or after shift.

Note: Steel Toe Safety Shoes required from day 1. Interviews Required. Must be fully cleared to start.

Summary of Job:

Works under direction of Production Supervisor. Operate Load Former daily as directed by Supervisor. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Frequently hand stack product (bundles up to 30 lbs.). Visually inspect finished product; advise machine operator as needed to improve/maintain quality.

• Safety/PPE
• Able to stand long periods
• Safe Work Practice certification annual training
• Lockout/tagout certification annual training
• Communicate effectively with team members in a noisy work environment
• Read and follow written and verbal job order instructions
• Follow verbal instructions from Supervisors
• Think and act quickly in fast-paced production environment
• Basic math skills to count production quantities measure raw materials and finished product

Nice-to-have skills:

• Manipulate manual hand tools
• Ability to report machine problems as needed

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Operate Load Former daily as directed by Supervisor
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Frequently hand stack product (bundles up to 30 lbs.)
• Visually inspect finished product; advise machine operator as needed to improve/maintain quality
• Manipulate manual hand tools
• Lift/carry raw materials and production supplies up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Stack and sort dunnage sheets
• Perform machine clean up tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Perform weekly machine start-up tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Report machine problems as needed
