Technical Skills

Experience: 10 years of experience in software development and testing with a focus on automation testing in complex environments.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management including billing coding claims processing payer systems and relevant standards such as ICD-10 CPT and HIPAA regulations.

Automation Skills: Expertise in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium TestNG JUnit or similar. Experience in scripting languages like Java Python or JavaScript.

API Testing: Proficient in testing RESTful APIs and web services using tools like Postman RestAssured or SoapUI.

CI/CD: Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab or similar tools.

Strong hands-on experience with test automation (e.g. Selenium Playwright Cypress Postman Rest Assured) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Experience with performance security and usability testing is a plus.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including US counterparts.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Database Knowledge: Strong experience in database testing including writing SQL queries to validate data in relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle etc.).

Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner to simulate real-world traffic and ensure system scalability.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex testing issues.

Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in an agile cross-functional team environment.
