Job Summary
Operation and Maintenance wind turbine Generators Plan organize and control the WTG Operations in the most cost-effective manner with consistently high product quality and improvement of the operating system. Planning for preventive & predictive maintenance of machinery ensuring maximum machine uptime. Understand the Customer demands and Resolution of customer queries. Team Management as per the operational goals. Material management and inventory control to maintain optimum stock of critical spares. Vendor development and negotiations for the various technical and other site activities Ensuring maximum uptime and machine availability to customers by eliminating repeated errors. Weekly review meetings for the operational goals and targets. Coordination with 3rd party Auditors for WTG Audit for operative condition. Involved in implementation of technical change requests released by the corporate engineering team. Facing Internal (Management Store) and External (DNV) audits with no NC. Technical
