Core Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth Engine

Daily Performance: Ownership of the daily revenue target moving beyond mere campaign management to business outcomes.

Channel Scaling: Scaling paid acquisition across Meta Google and key marketplaces.

Efficiency: Continuous optimization of ROAS and CAC to improve contribution margins.
2. Website Conversion (CVR)

User Journey: Optimizing product pages landing pages and the checkout flow to maximize efficiency.

Testing Roadmap: Running consistent A/B tests on offers bundling pricing and UX.

Implementation: Collaborating with design and tech teams to deploy conversion improvements weekly.
3. Retention & Repeat (Strategic Lever)

Lifecycle Marketing: Building and managing automated WhatsApp Email and SMS journeys.

Customer Loyalty: Driving the repeat purchase rate as a non-negotiable KPI.

Revenue Expansion: Launching sophisticated cross-sell upsell and reorder flows.

Post-Purchase Engagement: Developing hooks like styling tips exclusive offers and early product drops.
4. Creative-Led Growth

Creative Partnership: Working with content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Data-Driven Creative: Identifying performance patterns to refine hooks and visual styles.

Velocity: Maintaining a high-volume testing mindset for rapid creative iteration.
5. Data & Experimentation

Core Metrics: Tracking and owning CAC CVR AOV Repeat Rate and Contribution Margin.

Agile Execution: Running weekly experiments to facilitate fast learning and scaling.
