Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Position Description: Worked on end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module for global compensation planning processes including salary increments bonus planning and stock allocation. Configured compensation templates eligibility rules budget calculations guidelines and route maps based on business requirements and organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Compensation module (salary bonus stock plans).
Integrate with Performance & Goals and Employee Central.
Support compensation cycle planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Provide analytics and reporting for compensation decisions.
Train HR teams and managers on compensation processes.
Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Knowledge of integration with Performance & Goals and Employee Central.
Understanding of compensation planning and compliance.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to have:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay module.
Knowledge of SAP CPI Integration Center or middleware integrations.
Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security configuration.
Experience in compensation statement generation and advanced reporting.
Understanding of HR business processes and global compensation practices.
Exposure to Employee Central workflows and foundation object configuration.
Knowledge of calibration and succession planning concepts.
Experience in data migration imports and mass data management.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and testing activities.
