About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a critical client-facing role leading
a large engagement managing multiple stakeholders and driving excellence in delivery
governance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership communication and
interpersonal skills with a proven record of managing complex client relationships and
PMO operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large-scale engagement with accountability for delivery client
satisfaction and overall program success.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks ensuring alignment with client
objectives and organizational standards.
Drive stakeholder management across multiple levels – from client executives to
internal leadership and delivery teams.
• Oversee PMO activities including project planning tracking risk management
staffing needs and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain key project dashboards and reports to track KPIs and
ensure transparency in delivery.
• Proactively identify risks challenges and improvement opportunities providing
timely resolution strategies.
• Manage complex client expectations with a focus on long-term relationship
building and value creation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience (12 years) in managing large engagements or portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
influence and collaborate effectively across levels.
• Experience in PMO functions — including project governance reporting and
metrics management.
