Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Hitech City Hyderabad (Near Metro Station)
Job Overview
We are hiring Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound customer interactions forHerbal Products sales to India customers. The role focuses on communication conversions and customer engagement in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain products/services and resolve customer queries
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Follow scripts while ensuring effective communication
- Update customer information accurately in the system
- Work closely with team leads and QA for performance improvement
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi
- Hindi is mandatory; additional North/East regional language preferred
- Ability to handle high call volumes and target-based work
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation
- Salary: 3.5 4 LPA
