We’re looking for a high-ownership operator to work directly with the CEO on lead management outbound outreach and pipeline conversion for our Semiconductor & HPC services. This role requires someone who can independently run outreach maintain pipeline discipline and drive outcomes — not just execute tasks.
What You’ll Own End-to-end lead lifecycle management (inbound outbound) High-quality calling follow-ups and deal progression Structured CRM/ERP pipeline management (zero lead leakage) Email LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable outcomes Lead enrichment using Lusha and Daily coordination with CEO on priorities deal movement and execution
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business / Engineering / Marketing or related) MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus 3–5 years of experience in: Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Operations B2B outbound sales or pipeline management roles
What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (calls email structured follow-ups) Proven ability to manage and convert a lead pipeline independently High discipline in CRM hygiene and tracking Comfortable with daily calling and persistent follow-ups Strong ownership mindset — ability to operate without hand-holding Proficiency in CRM tools Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have Experience selling to Semiconductor / HPC / Deep Tech companies Familiarity with outbound tools (Lusha Apollo etc.) Startup or founder’s office experience Exposure to international B2B sales
