Change manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who guides organizations through complex technology and transformation this role you ensure connection between business and IT and support the successful adoption of changes within the organization.
You work closely with stakeholders within Finance ePMO and Procurement and form the link between project teams PMO and portfolio managers. Thanks to your strong communication skills and pragmatic approach you create support and keep different parties aligned throughout the entire process.
You have experience with change management within technology projects and are familiar with environments where SAP is central. You will understand how governance portfolio follow-up and stakeholder management come together within larger programmes.
We are looking for someone who works in a connecting way takes responsibility independently and knows how to turn change into concrete results. Experience within the public sector is not a requirement.

Skills:
Must have:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading Programs related to infrastructure projects or development projects - Must have (8 Years)
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects or development projects - Must have (15 Years)
• Demonstrable experience in SAP projects - Must have (15 Years)
• Demonstrable experience with ADKAR/PROSCI - Must have (15 Years)
• Proven experience with portfolio management - Must have (15 Years)
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2 - Must have

Should Have:

• Have proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management issue management ...) - Should have
• Demonstrated experience with terminology organization roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2 PMBok ...). Be able to transfer expert knowledge in the field - Should have
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL - Should have
