Job Summary

The Practice Coordinator coordinates the development creation and management ofthe Intelligence Teamscollateral. The role transformspracticeinsights into clear compelling written and visual narratives while upholding the highest standards of design addition the Practice Coordinator manages collateral coordination across multiple functions to ensure consistent brand application and aligned messaging firmwide.

Common and Baseline Responsibilities

  • Prepares and coordinatesbrochures reportspresentationsand event material forfirm-wide practice-wideand client-facing audiences.
  • Works withfirmwidegraphicsteam tomaintaina standard of graphic design excellence across all efforts ensuring all materials reflect the firms brand guidelines.
  • Schedules and trackscontent development timelines andapproval ofworkflows with multiple stakeholdersto meet deadlines.
  • Contributes to the overall success of theteamby adhering tocollateral management systems and processes across firm functions.
  • Participates in cross-disciplinary meetings(Practice Graphics and Communications) helping to alignintelligence content with broader firmwide and marketing strategies.
  • Drafts edits organizes andproofsvarious marketingcollateralsto ensure content is comprehensive competitive andcohesive as well asin accordance withthe Perkins&Will brand standards.â
  • Supports thestrategydrivingthe collateralcontent.
  • Supports firmwide initiatives.
  • Keeps open and clear communication.
  • Usesstorytelling to enhance marketing strategy.â
  • Usesa creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organizedtimely and consistent way.â
  • Self-checks work for accuracy omissions and legibility.ââ
  • Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the industry at large.â

Proficiencies

  • Excellent writing and editing skills within our voice guidelines
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and application
  • Project managementand organizationskills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience working in AEC industry(preferred notrequired)

Software

  • Adobe Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator etc.)
  • OpenAsset
  • Microsoft Suite (Word PowerPoint etc.)

Licensure/Certifications/Education

  • Bachelors degree in communications Graphic Design Marketing or related field

Salary Range Information
