What Youll Do

  • Support the Executive Chef & fellow Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and leadership
  • Assist with supervising training and developing culinary team members
  • Ensure consistency in food quality presentation and execution
  • Contribute to menu planning across à la carte dining events and specialty functions
  • Manage inventory food cost controls and daily raw cost tracking
  • Expedite during peak service to maintain standards and flow
  • Maintain strict sanitation safety and organization standards
  • Assist with staffing scheduling and kitchen administration
  • Work any station as neededthis is a hands-on leadership role

What Were Looking For

  • Proven Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced high-quality kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food cost control prep systems and execution timing
  • Passion for presentation consistency and member experience
  • Solid knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree ACF certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 years kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • 3 years total kitchen experience (including lead line role)
