Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a short-term Extended School Year (ESY) assignment. The OT will provide therapeutic services to students in a school-based setting supporting their functional development and educational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Support students in improving fine motor skills sensory integration and daily living activities
- Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
