Director of Nursing (DON) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Greater Lisle Area

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to support clinical leadership at a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in the greater Beloit WI area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a stable well-supported environment.

Position Overview:
DON to oversee day-to-day nursing operations ensuring high-quality care regulatory compliance and staff support across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff
Support compliance with all federal state and local regulations
Help drive quality improvement and clinical outcomes
Participate in staff development scheduling and retention efforts
Act as a leader and resource for clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Active RN license (Illinois)
Prior experience in a SNF setting; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of LTC and post-acute care operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to quality care and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $125K- $135K
