Operations Manager

• Lead a highprofile multisite Facilities Management contract
• Influence safety culture commercial outcomes and client satisfaction
• Senior role with full operational commercial and safety accountability

THE POSITION

• Provide endtoend operational leadership of a large Hard FM contract across 5 sites
• Ensure contract compliance with WHS environmental quality and mining requirements
• Lead and manage Maintenance Managers Minor Works subcontractors and support teams
• Own contract KPIs asset management performance reporting and audits
• Manage budgets planned and reactive maintenance expenditure and commercial outcomes
• Act as the senior operational interface with Anglo American stakeholders
• Drive client satisfaction contract retention and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and embed a strong safety culture across all sites

THE PERSON

• Minimum 57 years experience in Operations Facilities Contract or Asset Management
• Proven success managing multisite Hard FM operations ideally in mining or heavy industry
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing large diverse teams
• Indepth understanding of WHS environmental and legislative compliance
• High commercial acumen with proven budget and KPI management skills
• Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to identify improvement innovation and contract growth opportunities
• Relevant qualifications in business engineering or contract management (desirable)
