Job Summary

Land acquisitions structuring title documentation and closure
Obtain Occupancy Certificates for ongoing projects & full Commencement Certificates for new projects
Landowner-led sourcing discussions and negotiations
Support founders in sourcing discussions and early-stageassessment of redevelopment and luxury residential opportunities.
Engage with landowners to evaluate redevelopment potential regulatory feasibility and approval pathways under DCPR 2034.
Conduct site-level feasibility reviews covering FSI optimisation approval sequencing and development potential.
Prepare clear BD notes and decision briefs to support promoter-level go / no-go decisions and deal progression.
