Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide appropriate occupational therapy interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
