DevOps Engineer

As we continue to grow our engineering team in Bulgaria were looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable reliable systems.

Your Role:

• Youll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our infrastructure by working closely with our engineering teams to:
• Deploy operate and scale our development and production environments
• Automate processes and streamline workflows across the organization
• Build and maintain tools for deployment monitoring and operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dev test and production systems
• Ensure system reliability performance and security

Core Expertise

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (OCI preferred AWS/GCP/Azure also relevant)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD automation security cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with containers Docker Kubernetes
• Experience managing production systems with high availability (24/7)
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
• Infrastructure & Automation
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible Puppet Chef Consul etc.)
• Scripting skills in Bash Python Groovy or Ruby

Monitoring & Tooling

• Experience with monitoring & observability (Prometheus Grafana Thanos)
• Familiarity with logging systems (ELK Graylog Splunk)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI)
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab workflows and automation
• Mindset
• Ownership mentality and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (when needed)
