Senior Data Engineer (Analytics & Cloud)

What you will do:

• Work on modern data platforms analytics solutions process automation and emerging AI-enabled capabilities across multiple business domains
• Work independently to develop advanced analytical and data engineering solutions supporting data analysis and ad-hoc insights.
• Design build and maintain scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native services.
• Collaborate closely with analytics product engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable high-value data solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and quality procedures.
• Develop and optimise data solutions leveraging modern cloud technologies (e.g. S3 Redshift Glue or equivalent services).
• Take ownership of data solutions throughout their lifecycle from requirements gathering and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement modern data automation and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency data quality and decision-making

Qualifications :

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Mathematics Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• 4 years of experience in the field of data analytics;
• Proven experience designing and delivering data engineering solutions in AWS environments.
• Strong SQL expertise and programming skills (Python / PySpark preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT distributed processing and modern data architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and secure data handling practices.
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
