At Berwick Mitsubishi our Concierge Receptionist sits at the centre of the customer experience. They keep the front of house running smoothly support the wider team behind the scenes and help create the kind of experience customers remember.

If you come from hospitality hotels airlines premium retail or another fast paced customer service environment and genuinely enjoy working with people this could be exactly what youve been looking for.

You are the first face customers see when they walk through the door.

One minute you are greeting customers and helping create a welcoming experience the next you are answering calls assisting the Sales and Service teams handling administration and keeping the front of house running smoothly.

This is not a role where you sit quietly behind a desk all day. It is fast paced people focused and perfect for someone who enjoys being busy staying organised and bringing great energy into the workplace.

Youll quickly become the go to person that helps keep the dealership moving.

Youre naturally bubbly welcoming and confident around people.

You know how to create a great experience without it feeling forced and youre able to stay calm professional and organised even when things get busy.

Youre proactive switched on and capable of juggling multiple tasks at once with strong administration and computer skills to support you throughout the day.

You will ideally come from a hospitality hotel travel airline reception or customer service background and bring at least 12 months experience in a fast paced customer facing environment where presentation professionalism and people skills are essential.
