- (Internal Title: Engineering III)
- Utility Coordination & Technical Review.
- Provide technical review and coordination support for temporary and permanent utilityrelocations and installations impacting client projects.
- Utilities may include natural gas electricity water sanitary and storm sewertelecommunications cable infrastructure and federally regulated pipelines.
- Review utilityrelated design drawings and submissions to ensure compliance with:
- Utility Asset Owner requirements.
- Applicable legislation codes standards and specifications.
- Client Engineering Construction & Expansion (ECE) Design Standards Manualsand Directives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Approvals
- Support coordination with Utility Asset Owners municipalities and regulatory agencies toidentify requirements and facilitate reviews and approvals
- Prepare submit and track utility applications design packages and approvaldocumentation.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings and maintain meeting records action logsand followup items.
- Agreements & Negotiation Support
- Assist Client staff in developing and administering utilityrelated agreements including:
- Coordination Agreements.
- Offers to Connect (OTCs).
- Costsharing arrangements.
- NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Support negotiations with thirdparty Utility Asset Owners under client direction.
- Assist Client staff in developing and administering utilityrelated agreements including:
- ConstructionPhase Support
- Support client construction teams through review of:
- Contractor submittals.
- Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Utilityrelated contract changes.
- Assist with resolution of utility issues to ensure construction compliance with approveddesigns and executed agreements.

Requirements
- University degree in in Civil Engineering Municipal Engineering or arelated discipline.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario or be licensed bythe OAA (Ontario Architect Association).
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil and utility engineering principles for undergroundinfrastructure.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a civil engineering or municipalinfrastructure environment gained as a Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) MunicipalCET Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (.).
- Working knowledge of Ontario municipal and utility regulatory frameworks.
- Experience reviewing utilityrelated engineering designs and submissions.
- Understanding of project management principles including cost and schedule control.
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation

- Valid Ontario Class G drivers license and access to a vehicle.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (.) Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or CivilEngineering Technologist (CET) is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clientrequired safety and operating certifications.
- Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire client accessibility obligations and the OntarioHuman Rights Code.

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork promotion of innovation and overall excellence
- Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit in some cases actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
