Senior Software Engineer (English Required Japanese is a plus)

The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams to support large-scale digital transformation projects leveraging cloud-native technologies mobile development and Generative AI with a strong focus on PoC-driven and upstream development work.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead architecture design & technology decisions for scalable high-quality systems.

Drive modernization of financial platforms reducing technical debt

Provide technical leadership & mentorship to engineers improving team capability

Own end-to-end development delivery with focus on quality timelines and performance.

Solve complex challenges related to performance security and scalability.

Core Areas

Architecture & Cloud: Design large-scale systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Development Leadership: Hands-on contribution agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) system & database management

Technical Standards: Define coding practices test strategies and best practices

Mentorship: Guide and upskill junior/mid-level engineers through reviews and coaching

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product business and client teams; communicate technical insights clearly

Experience and Qualifications

7 years of software engineering experience with team leadership (3members)

Strong expertise in at least two: Java/Kotlin (Spring) Vue/Nuxt Go C# (.NET)

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu)

Technical Strengths

Experience in modern architectures (microservices distributed systems event-driven)

Solid understanding of SDLC system design and core computer science fundamentals

Communication

Ability to communicate effectively in English within a global team (written required speaking preferred)
