Digital Consultants is seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable and well-managed requirements.

Location: Langley Air Force Base Hampton Virginia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes systems technology job roles and organizational structures
• Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points
• Create and manage communication plans sponsor roadmaps coaching plans training plans and resistance management plans to support change initiatives
• Provide training and coaching to managers supervisors and employees to help navigate transitions effectively
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption track progress manage risks and resolve issues affecting the change scope schedule or quality
• Act as a coach for leaders and executives helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education: High School with 9 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility

Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security CECCNA-Security CySACND)

• Experience in developing and managing scope objectives and requirements
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with requirements management tools

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• ServiceNow understanding and experience
• Lifecycle Management experience
