Digital Consultants is seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable and well-managed requirements.
Location: Langley Air Force Base Hampton Virginia
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes systems technology job roles and organizational structures
Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points
Create and manage communication plans sponsor roadmaps coaching plans training plans and resistance management plans to support change initiatives
Provide training and coaching to managers supervisors and employees to help navigate transitions effectively
Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation
Monitor and evaluate change adoption track progress manage risks and resolve issues affecting the change scope schedule or quality
Act as a coach for leaders and executives helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Education: High School with 9 years (or commensurate experience) Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility
Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security CECCNA-Security CySACND)
Experience in developing and managing scope objectives and requirements
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with requirements management tools
Preferred Skills and Experience
Certifications
PROSCI
PMP
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
ServiceNow understanding and experience
Lifecycle Management experience
