Were on the hunt for a dynamic Administration Officer to keep our busy recruitment team humming as we hire the legends who keep the Fraser Coast Region thriving.
Youll be the goto admin support for our fastpaced recruitment teammanaging correspondence documentation scheduling and coordination with accuracy and confidence. Your detail focus will shine as you handle complex paperwork lock in interviews and keep our systems and records running smoothly.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support including advanced keyboard and wordprocessing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to draft correspondence prepare reports undertake research and manage documentation accurately.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fastpaced environment while exercising initiative judgement and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide highquality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
