JOB DESCRIPTION:

按照制定的预防性维护保养计划执行相关维护保养活动

Execute required maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance plan from SOPs.

根据生产计划安排支持自动化生产线的日常运行及时处理设备调试或修理请求保证生产使用根据故障紧急程度及时到现场进行处理

According to daily production plan support routine operation for automatic production lines to deal with any adjustment/test/repair request in time to guarantee productions use. Quick response on troubleshooting

做好所负责的自动化设备运行效率分析和总结经验

Execute operational efficiency analysis and summary of owned automatic machine

在线检查各类自动化设备的运行状态在电气和机械机构方面提出合理化建议

Online inspection status of various automatic machines and raise up reasonable suggestions on electric and mechanical aspects

参与新设备的安装调试及培训工作

participate in new machine installation debugging and operation training.

满足生产线不断更新的需要及时掌握新型设备的操作和维护要求生成相关操作和维护规程

Master new operation and maintenance requirements for new machines in time and generate related operation and maintenance procedures to meet the production lines updating requirements.

与工程师密切配合持续改进优化设备的功能性和稳定性

Collaborate closely with engineers to continuously improve and optimize equipment functionality and reliability.

完成上级安排的其他任务

Undertake other tasks that assigned by superior.

任职条件Qualifications: (该职位任职者所需具备的成功要素/ Key success factors the job holder should have)

• 文化程度Education:

机械制造及自动化或相关专业或相关设备维修维护经验高中及以上毕业

Mechanical manufacturing and automation or related subjects or relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair High school degree or above.

• 任职经验Working Experience:

3年以上自动化生产线维护和修理经验

3 years or above of experience in maintenance and repair for automatic production lines.

• 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill:

具有自动化设备预防性维护和点检技能

Experiences and skills in preventive maintenance and point inspection for automatic machines.

具有零件加工修理能力

Skills in parts fabrication and repair.

具备看懂电路图和机械装配图的能力

Capable of understanding circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings

熟悉各类传感器和气动元件的调试应用.

Proficient in selection debugging and application of various sensors and pneumatic components

熟悉常见的各种机械结构及维修维护方法.

Familiar with common mechanical structures and their maintenance and repair skill

• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

借助翻译软件可读懂英语设备手册和图纸

Understand English user manuals and drawings for automatic machines by translation software

熟练使用办公自动化软件掌握基本的计算机硬件维修技能

Good skills in Microsoft Office basic repair skills in computer hardware.
