Job Description

岗位职责

对生产和非生产设备开展日常巡检保养故障排查与维修快速解决设备运行中的各类疑难问题保障设备稳定高效运行最大限度降低设备停机时长 专项负责视觉系统的日常调试精度校准故障修复参数优化等工作

3. 按照安排好的保养计划来开展产线设备的保养工作

4. 为产线更换订单提供支持为生产操作员操作设备提供支持

5. 识别并跟进设备的改进以提高其生产力

6. 将维修信息传达给上级并记录维修活动

7. 确保工作完成以及工作场所整洁

8. 遵循安全准则和工作指示取得操作挂牌上锁资质

9. 与其它维修人员仓管员工程师以及生产操作员合作开展工作

任职要求

学历全日制本科机电一体化电气自动化等相关专业

经验1年机以上设备维修经验有贝加莱视觉校准ABB机械手调试维修实操经验者优先 可接受相关专业优秀应届生

技能熟悉自动化生产线设备结构与原理掌握电气电路气动机械结构基础维修知识熟悉贝加莱视觉系统校准参数调试

能力具备较强的问题排查与解决能力反应灵敏动手能力强能快速处理突发设备故障服从工作安排配合生产排班具备良好的团队协作意识

素养工作认真负责严谨细致有良好的责任心和职业素养严格遵守公司规章制度具备安全生产意识
