ADD Laboratory Technician, Synthesis

Responsibilities

Conduct basic synthetic experiments precisely and independently following standard experiment protocols or guided by scientists
Assemble install and set up reaction kettles laboratory reaction equipment and auxiliary experimental devices accurately
Register and prepare raw materials reagents and samples record real-time experimental data and finish experimental logs in ELN system
Maintain daily lab hygiene compliant chemicals storage sort experimental instruments and ensure regular equipment inspection calibration and maintenance.
Draft new synthetic SOPs under the guidance of scientists.
Strictly comply with laboratory safety regulations standard operating procedures and environmental safety requirements.
Report experimental phenomenon actively to scientists.

Requirements

• College education in chemical or polymer engineering
• Above 3 years experience in the lab Hands-on operational experience in synthetic experiment
• Careful responsible and rigorous working attitude
• Strong safety awareness
• Familiar with common lab instrument usage and routine maintenance
• Basic English skill
• Skills in digital platform
