Position Overview SinterMet LLC is a leading manufacturer of tungsten carbide and composite rolls serving the steel and metals industries. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in steel metals or heavy industrial markets to drive growth and support our customer base. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers within the steel and metals industry
Support pricing quotations contract review and customer requirements
Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
Facilitate sales activities in alignment with company policies and procedures
Assist in developing sales forecasts and supporting strategic planning efforts
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to meet customer and company objectives
Monitor customer needs and identify opportunities for account growth
Qualifications
Experience in steel metals or heavy industrial sales strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to support structured sales processes and customer requirements
Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technical product sales
Familiarity working with mills processors or heavy industrial customers
Exposure to ISO or structured manufacturing environments
Experience with pricing quoting and contract review processes
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development
