Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from small to large while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and personal lines insurance excellent organizational skills and a commitment to professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $75000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to large commercial accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required P&C licensing.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
