Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining enterprise-level applications preferably within government environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies service-oriented architecture and secure application development along with experience handling sensitive healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable n-tier web applications technologies
• Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams business analysts architects and project managers to define requirements and timelines
• Develop and optimize database structures queries and stored procedures in Oracle
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Participate in full software development lifecycle including CI/CD processes
• Ensure compliance with data security standards especially for healthcare-related applications

Required Qualifications:

• 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio with C# and Web API
• 84 months of experience developing web applications using HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS
• 84 months of Oracle experience including database design PL/SQL stored procedures triggers views and indexing
• 84 months of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) including WCF REST/SOAP APIs messaging/queue processing and enterprise integration
• 72 months of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab including CI/CD pipelines
• 72 months of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX BA PM Architecture)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 24 months of experience working with healthcare data (HIPAA PHI HL7 FHIR)
• 24 months of experience with identity and access management tools such as OKTA LDAP RSA or Access Manager
