As a Security Operations Manager in Austin youll lead a team that helps keep people property and operations safe every day. Youll manage security operations across multiple sites coach and develop your team and work directly with our client to deliver a high-quality tech-enabled security program.

Available Shifts

We are hiring multiple Security Operations Managers to cover a 24/7 operation. Please indicate your preferred shift(s) when you apply.

Shift 3: Wednesday 23:3005:30; ThursdaySaturday 17:3005:30

Shift 5: SundayTuesday 17:3005:30; Wednesday 17:3023:30

What Youll Do:

Lead Daily Security Operations

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations across multiple sites
• Supervise Field Supervisors and security officers
• Ensure post orders are followed and service is delivered at a high standard

Deliver Outstanding Client Service

• Maintain regular contact with client representatives
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Identify issues early and drive timely corrective actions

Build and Develop Your Team

• Participate in hiring onboarding and training of security staff
• Coach mentor and support team members in their development
• Address performance issues and apply fair consistent discipline when needed
• Foster a culture of respect professionalism and inclusion

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Coordinate scheduling staffing and equipment needs
• Make real-time staffing and scheduling adjustments to meet client needs while managing labor costs
• Review reports and documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and submit payroll and other administrative records

Support Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and applicable laws and regulations
• Promote safe work practices and report any safety concerns
• Respond on an on-call basis to emergencies and incidents as needed

What You Bring:

Education & Experience

• Associate degree and 2 years of progressive supervisory/management experience (Equivalent experience can be substituted for education: 1 year of experience 1 year of education)

• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to plan organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Clear professional verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service mindset and service delivery focus
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
• Initiative and drive to achieve results with minimal supervision

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer and technology skills
• Reliable punctual and accountable
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication and demeanor
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills (or willingness to learn)
• Customer service background preferred
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to speak read and write English
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
