The Technology Trainee will support the Global Service Desk team in Prague through handson operational and administrative activities gaining practical experience in a global technology environment. This role is designed for a currently enrolled university student with technology affinity supporting systems data and daily service activities while learning on the job.Job Description

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Technology team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide handson onsite support within the Global Service Desk team in Prague
Perform administrative and operational tasks including data cleanup and maintenance
Work daily with systems applications and datasets
Support daytoday activities for team members
Take ownership of tasks and proactively learn processes and tools on the job
What Youll Bring to the Role
Current enrolment in a local university (final year or one year before graduation)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong interest in technology and confidence working with systems and data
Selfdriven reliable and comfortable working independently in an onsite environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and strong communication skills
