Role: Senior QA Lead

Location: Omaha NE ( Onsite 5 Days a week)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for aSenior QA Lead / QA Feature Leadwith8 years of experienceinQA test automation and test planning.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong experience inRobot Frameworkautomation strategy and leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications.
  • This role involves defining test plans driving automation adoption managing end-to-end testing and ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadtest planningtest strategy and overall QA activities.
  • Drive automation acrossUI API integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Work withRobot FrameworkPlaywright orSeleniumfor automation.
  • Managefunctional regression integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Coordinatedefect triage root cause analysis and release readiness.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Mentor QA team members and promote automation best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8 yearsof QA experience
  • Strong experience inRobot Framework
  • Expertise intest automationandtest planning
  • Experience inAPI testingusingPostman REST Assured or SoapUI
  • Knowledge ofPython Java or JavaScript
  • Experience withJenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding ofGitand version control workflows
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience inAgile/DevOpsenvironments
  • Exposure toperformance or load testing
  • Experience withonshore/offshore teams
  • Knowledge ofcomplex enterprise applications

Education

  • Bachelors degree inComputer ScienceIT or related field

The base salary for this position is $73000 to $83000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical dental and vision insurance comprehensive employee assistance program 401(k) retirement plan paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
