Who are we looking for

As Senior Project Manageryoullbe responsible forsupporting the deliveryofbest-in-classretail experiences through leading a small team and owning the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service and provide seamless customer experience to achieve commercial results whilst ensuring quality safety and sustainability standards are met.

Whatyoulldo:

• Lead endtoend delivery of retail projects ensuring exceptional service customer experience and commercial outcomes
• Motivate manage and develop project and field teams to deliver high performance and engagement
• Own project planning including scope timelines resourcing and delivery plans to ensure delivery within budget
• Coordinate logistics transport inventory returns and onsite activity
• Schedule brief and manage field resources including training health & safety and compliance
• Oversee project systems and tools (e.g. Team Haven PHQ Clarity Mintsoft)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Monitor quality throughout delivery and ensure projects meet brief and signoff requirements
• Communicate project progress milestones and risks to senior stakeholders
• Ensure smooth project closeout with learnings captured and shared
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

Whatyoullneed:

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end ideally within a retail installations environment
• Previous people management experience leading a small team desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel)

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
