Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Pershing Consultants is a specialist project management consultancy supporting the development and delivery of critical energy and infrastructure projects across the UK.
As our Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio continues to grow we are building a network of experienced construction and delivery professionals who would be interested in future opportunities within our business and across our client portfolio.
Whilst we may not have an immediate requirement we expect this area of our business to continue expanding and would welcome expressions of interest from individuals who would like to be considered as opportunities arise.

Typical Future Responsibilities
Depending on project requirements opportunities may include:
- Construction Project Management
- Owners Engineer / Client Representative roles
- Project Delivery Management
- Contractor and Supply Chain Management
- Programme and Schedule Management
- Construction Risk Management
- Site Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Commercial and Contract Management Support
- Commissioning and Handover Management
Projects may range from early construction mobilisation through to commissioning and operational handover.
Requirements
We would particularly like to hear from professionals with experience gained within:
- Energy Project Developers and Asset Owners
- EPC Contractors
- Engineering Consultancies
- Project Management Consultancies
- Owners Engineer Organisations
- Independent Power Producers (IPPs)
We welcome applications from individuals involved in the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects particularly:
- Solar PV
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Grid Infrastructure
- Renewable Energy Construction
- Electrical Infrastructure Projects
We are interested in professionals who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering construction-phase renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
- Knowledge of Solar PV and/or BESS project delivery
- Understanding of construction health and safety requirements
- Commercial awareness and programme management capability
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
